目的:论证中药水提絮凝澄清工艺的合理性。方法:用正交试验筛选中药水提絮凝澄清工艺的最佳条件;从澄清效果、成分分析、生产过程等方面比较了3种工艺。结果:絮凝澄清技术澄清效果好、生产成本低、周期短、能更多地保留中药有效成分。结论:可替代水提醇沉工艺。
Objective: To demonstrate the rationality of the clarification process of traditional Chinese medicine water extraction flocculation. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to screen the optimal conditions for the extraction and flocculation clarification process of traditional Chinese medicine. Three processes were compared from the aspects of clarification effect, composition analysis and production process. Results: The flocculation and clarification technology has good clarification effect, low production cost, short cycle, and can retain more active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: It can replace the water extraction and alcohol precipitation process.
