随着社会经济和科学技术的发展,特别是信息技术的发展,各种载体的医院档案大量涌现,给医院档案的安全管理带来了隐患。国家档案局原局长杨冬权曾指出:“档案安全始终是档案工作的生命线和底线,是档案部门的基本任务和第一要务。确保档案安全,是党和人民对档案工作者的基本要求,是档案工作者的基本职责和天大责任”。可见档案安全在档案管理工作中的重要性,为此现就基于信息化环境下如何构建医院档案安全管理对策谈一下自己的看法。
