新时期对人事档案管理提出更高的要求,要求创新管理模式,改进人事档案管理。但当前这种模式不能适应这种要求,在思想认识、管理模式、管理人员等方面存在不足。随着信息技术的发展和运用以及人事制度改革步伐的加快,传统人事档案管理模式已无法满足新时期人事档案管理工作的需要,弊端日益显露,为此适应新时期人事档案管理的新要求,采取有效的措施改进人事档案管理势在必行。一、改进人事档案管理的必要性(一)改进人事档案管理是创新管理模式的需要。
