我们对42例葡萄膜炎患者采用环磷酰胺和皮质激素联合治疗收到较好效果,现报告如下。葡萄膜炎患者42例,男24例,占57.1%,女18例,占42.9%。40岁以下27例,占64.3%,41岁以上15例,占35.7%。共42例65只眼,其中单眼发病19例占45.2%,双限发病23例,占54.8%。病因:原田氏病4例,外伤12例,交感性眼炎8例,巩膜炎6例,晶体过敏性眼炎2例,原因不明10例。
We have 42 cases of uveitis patients treated with cyclophosphamide and corticosteroids received better results are as follows. Uveitis patients 42 cases, 24 males, accounting for 57.1%, 18 females, accounting for 42.9%. 27 cases under the age of 40, accounting for 64.3%, 15 cases over the age of 41, accounting for 35.7%. A total of 42 cases of 65 eyes, including monocular disease in 19 cases accounted for 45.2%, double limit onset in 23 cases, accounting for 54.8%. Etiology: Haota disease in 4 cases, trauma in 12 cases, sympathetic ophthalmia in 8 cases, scleritis in 6 cases, crystal allergic ophthalmia in 2 cases, unexplained 10 cases.
