1 病历简介患者,男,14岁,学生,在校与数名学生发生争执,在斗殴中被人用刀刺伤左胸部,伤后在村卫生院包扎治疗。半月后患者在赶集(步行)途中自觉不适,继而倒地,被人送往某市医院抢救,入院时面色苍白,瞳孔散大,无心跳呼吸,经抢救无效于9时30分死亡。尸体检验:发育正常,营养中等,尸斑、尸僵存在,左面部眼角外侧有一小片状表皮剥脱、皮下出血,左胸锁骨中线第七肋处有一纵形 1cm ×3 cm创口。解剖检验:颅骨未见骨折,颅腔内未见出血,左胸部创口深及皮下
A medical history Brief introduction Patient, male, 14 years old, a student, a dispute with several students in school, was stabbed in the fight stabbed his left chest, wounds in the village hospital after bandaging treatment. Anatomical examination: No fracture of the skull, no intracranial hemorrhage, deep and subcutaneous left chest wound
