2013年3月23日,佳能(中国)专业打印产品本部发布会暨经销商大会在北京举行。在此次发布会上,佳能(中国)正式向业界宣布合并奥西中国(Oce)业务,公布最新的公司部门——佳能(中国)专业打印产品本部的诞生,并发布了一系列大幅面打印机新品。早在2009年11月,佳能公司就与奥西(Oce)发表了进行整合的联合声明。经过三年的准备,佳能于本次发布会正式对外公布了奥西中国(Oce)与佳能(中国)的合并完成,两家公司联合组建的专业打印产品本部开始运营并正式开展业务。
On March 23, 2013, the Canon (China) Professional Print Products Conference and Distributor Conference was held in Beijing. At the press conference, Canon (China) formally announced to the industry the merger of Oce’s Oce business with the announcement of the birth of the newest Canon unit (China), and released a series of new large format printers . As early as November 2009, Canon issued a joint statement with Oce. After three years of preparation, Canon officially announced the merger of Oce China and Canon (China) at this press conference. The joint production of professional print products of the two companies started operation and formally started business.
