目的总结头孢菌素类药物的不良反应及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对28例头孢菌素类药物不良反应资料进行回顾性分析。结果涉及药物包括注射用头孢曲松钠、注射用头孢哌酮钠、注射用头孢呋辛钠等8个品种,均为注射剂,静脉滴注给药。药物过敏15例,消化系统不良反应4例,血小板减少1例,神经系统不良反应3例,双硫仑样反应5例。结论在应用头孢菌素类药物进行临床治疗时,应全面了解药物应用的适应证,提高临床用药水平。
Objective To summarize the adverse reactions and characteristics of cephalosporins and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The data of adverse reactions of 28 cases of cephalosporins were retrospectively analyzed. The results involved drugs including ceftriaxone for injection, cefoperazone sodium for injection, cefuroxime sodium for injection and other eight varieties, all injection, intravenous infusion. Drug allergy in 15 cases, 4 cases of digestive system adverse reactions, thrombocytopenia in 1 case, 3 cases of nervous system adverse reactions, 5 cases of disulfiram-like reaction. Conclusion In the application of cephalosporins for clinical treatment, should be fully understand the indications of drug use, improve clinical drug levels.
