引起脑梗塞的最常见原因是脑血管本身病变、血液成分和血流速度的改变。本文报告一例饮酒后游泳引起急性脑梗塞。患者男性40岁。饮酒后游泳中突然右侧头痛、右眼失明、下肢无力半小时,于1982年7月29日入院。患者入院前一天未饮酒游泳无何不适。此次下海前饮酒约100ml,入水20分钟出现右侧头痛,右眼视物模糊,继而失明,双上肢麻木,下肢无力,行动困难。既往健康,血压130/90,吸烟,少量饮酒。检查:体温37℃,脉搏96次,血压160/100。
The most common causes of cerebral infarction are changes in the blood vessels themselves, blood components and blood flow velocity. This article reports a case of acute cerebral infarction caused by swimming after drinking alcohol. Male patient 40 years old. After drinking alcohol suddenly a right headache in swimming, blindness in the right eye, weakness in the lower limb half an hour, was admitted to hospital on July 29, 1982. The day before admission to patients without drinking alcohol without any discomfort. The drinking before the sea about 100ml, into the water for 20 minutes on the right headache, blurred vision of the right eye, then blindness, numbness of upper extremities, weakness in the lower extremities, difficulty in mobility. Past health, blood pressure 130/90, smoking, a small amount of alcohol. Check: body temperature 37 ℃, pulse 96 times, blood pressure 160/100.
