目的 研究血管活性剂对肿瘤血流动力学的改变，探讨其对占位性病变的诊断作用。方法 Ｗｉｓｔａｒ 大鼠８ 只，腋下种植 Ｗａｒｋｅｒ２５６ 癌肉瘤。皮下注射阿拉明０ ．０５ ｍ ｇ ，注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查肿瘤内血管长短、多少、粗细，血管连续性及血管血流动力学改变。观察结束后，腹腔注射哌唑嗪２ ．５ μｇ ，５ ｍｉｎ 后再次观察、测量肿瘤血流改变。血流动力学指标行ｔ 检验。家兔３ 只，腹腔先后注射阿拉明及哌唑嗪，注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查股动脉的血流动力学改变。结果 注射阿拉明后，大鼠瘤内彩色血流较注射前明显增多，流道增粗、增长，血流呈连续性，注药前后动脉收缩期峰值流速（ＰＳＶ） 各为０ ．０６ ～０ ．２０ ｍ／ｓ 和０ ．１３ ～０ ．４３ ｍ／ｓ（ Ｐ ＝ ０ ．０９） ，舒张期末流速（ＥＤＶ） 各为０ ～０ ．０７ ｍ／ｓ 和０ ．０３ ～０ ．１０ ｍ／ｓ（ Ｐ ＝ ０ ．０２） ，阻力指数（ ＲＩ） 各为０ ．６０ ～１ ．００ 和０ ．５２ ～０ ．８５（ Ｐ ＝ ０ ．０４） ，静脉易检出，流速增快。注射哌唑嗪后，瘤内彩色血流明显较前减少，流道变细、缩短，血流欠连续，注射前后动脉ＰＳＶ 分别为０ ．１３ ～０ ．４３ ｍ ／ｓ 和０ ．０７ ～０
Objective To study the changes of tumor hemodynamics of vasoactive agents and to explore the diagnostic value of vasoactive agents on the space-occupying lesions.
