目的 研究血管活性剂对肿瘤血流动力学的改变,探讨其对占位性病变的诊断作用。方法 Wistar 大鼠8 只,腋下种植 Warker256 癌肉瘤。皮下注射阿拉明0 .05 m g ,注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查肿瘤内血管长短、多少、粗细,血管连续性及血管血流动力学改变。观察结束后,腹腔注射哌唑嗪2 .5 μg ,5 min 后再次观察、测量肿瘤血流改变。血流动力学指标行t 检验。家兔3 只,腹腔先后注射阿拉明及哌唑嗪,注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查股动脉的血流动力学改变。结果 注射阿拉明后,大鼠瘤内彩色血流较注射前明显增多,流道增粗、增长,血流呈连续性,注药前后动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV) 各为0 .06 ~0 .20 m/s 和0 .13 ~0 .43 m/s( P = 0 .09) ,舒张期末流速(EDV) 各为0 ~0 .07 m/s 和0 .03 ~0 .10 m/s( P = 0 .02) ,阻力指数( RI) 各为0 .60 ~1 .00 和0 .52 ~0 .85( P = 0 .04) ,静脉易检出,流速增快。注射哌唑嗪后,瘤内彩色血流明显较前减少,流道变细、缩短,血流欠连续,注射前后动脉PSV 分别为0 .13 ~0 .43 m /s 和0 .07 ~0
Objective To study the changes of tumor hemodynamics of vasoactive agents and to explore the diagnostic value of vasoactive agents on the space-occupying lesions.
