北京人对涮肉偏爱有加,吃涮肉不分时节,寒冬也好,酷夏也罢,涮肉一向是亲朋聚会的不二之选。东来顺、天坛南门涮肉、聚宝源、裕德祥……名店老店数不胜数,但是大兴人若聊起涮肉,就不得不提薛营村。薛营村位于庞各庄镇的南部,是一个极具少数民族特色的村庄,全村2000多村民皆是回民,自明朝初立村起,薛营村已有近600年的历史。几百年的时间足以令村子的样貌发生翻天覆地的变化,但是薛营人做餐饮生意
