葛洪禄汉族,1976年5月28日出生。1996年7月毕业于新疆公安司法干部管理学院,1997年8月考入新疆生产建设兵团库尔勒垦区人民法院,先后在该院下辖的双丰人民法庭、吾瓦人民法庭工作,2001年被调回立案庭任书记员,2008年调至执行庭工作,2011年调至吾瓦人民法庭工作,于2012年8月任该庭副庭长。2013年2月26日,被最高人民法院授予“全国法院办案标兵”荣誉称号。
Ge Honglu Han nationality, born May 28, 1976.
