南芬露天铁矿广大职工,发扬“独立自主,自力更生”的革命精神,自1972年开始,研制了稀土镁钼球墨铸铁柱齿潜孔钻头,闯出了一条制作潜孔钻头的新道路。四年来,山上潜孔钻机已增加到12台,这种球铁柱齿钻头,基本上满足了钻机作业的需要。实践证明:以球铁代钢、以铸代锻来制作潜孔钻头是切实可行的。影响球铁柱齿钻头使用寿命的主要因素是固齿质量问题。在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,我们坚持实践第一的观点,深入现场,与工人师傅在一起进行了固齿质量对比试验。前一阶段初步分析了不同的嵌齿过盈量、齿窝结构、柱齿镶嵌前的修磨工艺和钻头体机械性能等因
