病历摘要孙××,女,24岁。因头晕、乏力20天,黄疸伴酱油色尿5天,于1990年5月23日入院。入院前20天无明显诱因自觉头晕、乏力,活动后心悸、气短。入院前5天,皮肤出现黄染,伴酱油色尿;间断发冷、发热,全身不适。体温最高达39.8℃。时而恶心、呕吐,不思饮食,发病以来无出血倾向。月经周期正常。家族中无类似血液病史。2个月前

Due to dizziness, fatigue for 20 days, jaundice with soy sauce color urine for 5 days, on May 23, 1990 admitted. 20 days before admission no obvious incentive to feel dizzy, weakness, palpitations after activity, shortness of breath. 5 days before admission, the skin appears yellow dye, with soy sauce, urine; intermittent cold, fever, general malaise.
