On the basis of high-resolution immunological recognition of hepatitis B virus, different Th cell epitopes Th1 and Th2 were introduced based on the preferential B-cell epitopes B1 and B2 of Pre-S2 protein. The structural reference MAP design was adopted and the solid-phase synthesis method , Synthesized MAP1 and MAP2. The product was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis and amino acid component identification. This study provides clues for recombination of different epitopes to construct novel polypeptide antigens and vaccines
