略论中国社会工作的发展态势

没有社会问题 ,就没有社会工作。由于体制和意识等方面原因 ,中国社会工作一直未能真正转型入轨 ,发挥其应有的作用 ,亟需进一步强化并从整体上予以完善社会工作。

Without social problems, there is no social work. Due to institutional and ideological reasons, social work in China has not been able to truly transform itself into orbit and play its due role. There is an urgent need to further strengthen and improve social work as a whole.
