铁二院桥隧处现有职工205人,其中技术干部174人,行政干部11人,工人20人,党员52名。近几年我处除承担各长大铁路干线、公路项目的桥隧设计任务外,还承担了国家重点工程侯月线浍河特大桥和南昆线清水河大桥等四座新技术桥梁的设计施工总承包工作。面对繁重复杂的勘测设计任务,面对商品经济浪潮下纷杂各异的职工思想情绪,党支部坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导,认真贯彻党的“一个中心,两个基本点”的基本路线,围绕中心抓党建,抓好职工思想政治工作,保证了各项生产任务的完成,年年都超额完成承包任务,职工生活也不断得到改善。党支部连续12年保持先进党支部称号,1996年被四川省委授予“先进基层党组织”称号。
