脉冲速度优值的提出是脉冲技术向超高速发展的必然结果,它是脉冲波分段的一个理想参量。本文在分析了脉冲波的特点后,给脉冲速度优值Q下了定义,指出Q=10~(-17)/t_r·t_u·T 由于定义了速度优值Q,不但使脉冲波的变化速度由低速、中速→高速→超高速的分段明确,而且与无线电技术中按频率划分正弦波的频段对应等同起来,很适合于实际中使用。如所周知,正弦波的分段是既确定又明了。但是脉冲波至今没有一个完善的分段方法。为了论证提出脉冲速度优值的必要性,本文同时提出了标准脉冲的概念,这样就将目前按重复频率对脉冲分段的方法明确了,即使这样,用标准脉冲的概念对脉冲分段也是有局限性的,必须提出和完善脉冲速度优值这样一个参量。随着脉冲技术的飞跃发展,高速脉冲、超高速脉冲正在得到不断发展。原先在低、中速脉冲技术中经常使用的概念有了很大变化。为了全面地描述由低速到超高速脉冲波的分段并准确地定义高速、超高速脉冲,需要明确和完善脉冲速度优值的概念。本文想就脉冲速度优值及与它有关的几个问题提出讨论。
