蒙古口蘑(TricholomamongolicumImai.)菌丝生长对草原土壤的生物化学活性有不同程度的影响,蘑菇圈枯草环和绿草环中的土壤转化酶、磷酸酶和脲酶活性有明显下降.土壤呼吸作用强度在有菌丝生长的枯草环中较高.不同环带中的土壤生物化学活性差异显著.从垂直分布上看,表层土壤的生物化学活性高于下层土壤.蘑菇圈各环带内的土壤养分和植物地上生物量存在明显变化
The growth of mycelium of Tricholomamongolicum led to different degrees of biochemical activity in grassland soils. The activities of soil invertase, phosphatase and urease in mushroom ring and green grass ring decreased obviously. The intensity of soil respiration is higher in the hay rings with mycelial growth. The differences of soil biochemical activities in different zones were significant. From the vertical distribution point of view, the surface soil biochemical activity is higher than the underlying soil. There was a significant change in soil nutrients and aboveground biomass in the mushroom ring belts
