This is a story about “Choice”. The protagonist of this article, Xi’an Broadcom, signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with IBM in July this year and became the only enterprise in the northwest that has the authorization of “IBM Business Partner.” Why does Broadcom choose IBM? Why is IBM “soft-spoken” about Broadcom? Although some say that choosing partners is like “engaging in objects,” many of them are hard to describe in language.
