作者描述了4例脉络丛动静脉畸形(AVMs)引起的原发性脑室内出血(PIVH)病例的临床、放射学及病理所见,并复习了相关的文献报道。 4例患者,男女各2例,年龄38岁～80岁。主要临床表现为突发头痛、恶心、呕吐、复视、偏瘫、颈项强直及意识不清等。仅1例做了血管造影检查,发现右侧侧脑室内有来源于脉络丛后外动脉的AVMs。2例行侧脑室外引流术,1例未做外科手术治疗,此3例均死亡,尸检均发现有脉络丛AVMs。1例行开颅探查
The authors describe the clinical, radiographic and pathological findings of 4 cases of primary intraventricular hemorrhage (PIVH) caused by choroidal plexus and venous malformations (AVMs), and review the relevant literature. 4 patients, 2 males and 2 females, aged 38 to 80 years. The main clinical manifestations of sudden headache, nausea, vomiting, diplopia, hemiplegia, neck stiffness and unconsciousness. Only one patient underwent angiography and found AVMs derived from the posterior choroid plexus in the right lateral ventricle. 2 cases of lateral ventricle drainage, 1 case without surgical treatment, all 3 died, autopsy found choroid plexus AVMs. A routine craniotomy exploration
