【摘要】目的 探討肢体缺血预处理(LIP)对大鼠脊髓损伤(SCIRI)后热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的影响。方法:SD大鼠分Sham组(n=5)、LIP组(n=22)和SCIRI组(n=13)。神经功能评分研究行为学和免疫组化测定脊髓HSP70表达。结果:LIP组HSP70再灌注后6h、24h在胞质和胞核表达,且均高于SCIRI组;神经功能评分也高于SCIRI组。结论:LIP能提高脊髓缺血耐受性,HSP70高表达与之相关。

The effects of lim b ischem ic preconditioning on spinal cord injury and the expression of HSP70 in rats
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of LIP on the spinal cord injury(SCIRI) and the expression of HSP70. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into group sham,group LIP and group SCIRI.The neural function and HSP70 expression in spinal cord were test. Results In group LIP after reperfusion 6h, 24h HSP70 were expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus and significantly higher than that of SCIRI group, the neurological function score were higher than group SCIRI. Conclusions LIP can decrease the damages of neurological function after SCIRI.
