水情遥测系统是正在建设的国家防汛抗旱指挥系统的子系统,同时也是水文现代化建设的重要组成部分,目前该项工作正在全国各地有计划地开展。作为一项公益性基础设施,水情遥测系统的建设质量和运行管理直接影响到国家防汛抗旱指挥系统的应用效益,笔者从参加该系统的设计、建设及管理的角度谈一些想法,供后续开展该项工作的同行参考。
The hydrological telemetry system is a subsystem of the national flood control and drought relief command system under construction and an important component of the hydrological modernization. At present, the project is being carried out in a planned way across the country. As a non-profit infrastructure, the construction quality and operational management of the hydrological telemetry system have a direct impact on the application efficiency of the national flood control and drought relief command system.
