传统的规划监测和评估存在工作量大、效率不高、评估间隔期长等问题,必须创新监测和评估的方法。在重庆主城区分区规划的编制与实施中,建立了分区规划动态监测分析系统。该系统具有规划统计、监测预警、趋势分析、规划设计条件提取等功能,具有数据动态更新、数据连续性强、准确性高、智能化程度高等特点,可为规划监测评估方法的创新提供参考。
