“The development of private science and technology enterprises and technological innovation in industries are facing new and important needs in the new situation, new tasks and more.” On April 8, 2011, the Joint Meeting of the National Private Technology Association and the Standing Committee of China Private Technology Promotion Association Council enlarged meeting held in Beijing. The heads of private science and technology promotion associations (associations and federations) in nearly 30 provinces and municipalities including Jiangsu, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Jilin, Gansu, Guangdong, Harbin, Changchun and Ningbo and the standing directors of China Private Technology Promotion Association, Invited private technology parks, private technology enterprises representatives, a total of more than 110 people attended the meeting.
