二十世纪三四十年代,江西省在基层社会推行族董会制度。作为建构宗族组织制度供给的指导性文件,《各姓族董会简章》将非制度化的传统族权以官方的形式予以制度化认可。在其实施的过程中,国民党政权依托族董会制度有力弥补了保甲体制的缺陷,深入渗透至宗族社会具体而微的层面,实现了国家权力的扩张,有效增强了对基层社会的控制。
In the 1930s and 1940s, Jiangxi Province implemented the system of board meetings in primary-level society. As a guiding document for the construction of the system of clan organizations and organizations, the “Provisional Regulations of the Association of Clans of Various Clans” systematically approved the non-institutionalized traditional ethnic groups in an official form. In the course of their implementation, the Kuomintang regime relied on the system of triad members to make up for the shortcomings of the Bao-Jia system and penetrated deeply into the specific and minor aspects of the clan society, realizing the expansion of state power and effectively enhancing the control over grassroots society.
