甲状腺素对于个体的发育,尤其对中枢神经的发育,是不可缺少的激素之一。本实验选用不同妊娠期的天津地区母绵羊,切除胎羊甲状腺,使其在缺乏自体甲状腺的情况下继续妊娠,观察生后羔羊的体格发育情况。
Thyroxine is one of the indispensable hormones for the development of the individual, especially for the development of the central nervous system. In this study, we selected female sheep in different gestation areas of Tianjin during pregnancy to excise the fetal thyroid gland to continue the pregnancy in the absence of autologous thyroid gland to observe the physical development of the lamb after birth.
