本文应用复方丹参联合高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）３０例，并用另３０例作对照，结果治疗组与对照组显效率分别为７０％、４６．６７％，总有效率分别为９０％、５６．６７％，经统计学处理，两组显效率及总有效率比较均有显著性差异；自生后３个月至１８个月进行随访，治疗组后遗症发生率明显低于对照组。表明复方丹参及高压氧治疗ＨＩＥ能缩短疗程，提高治愈率，减少后遗症的发生
In this paper, 30 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were treated with Fufang Danshen and hyperbaric oxygen, and the other 30 cases were used as control. The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 70% and 46.67%, respectively. The total effective rate Respectively, 90%, 56.67%, after statistical analysis, markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different; 3 months after birth to 18 months for follow-up, the incidence of sequelae in the treatment group was significantly lower than Control group. That compound Danshen and hyperbaric oxygen treatment of HIE can shorten the course of treatment, improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of sequelae
