(一)在进行大流水生产的热处理作业中,淬火油槽的油温经常要升到180℃以上,致使油烟易着火成灾。在解决油温冷却的方法中,通常采用油泵循环,把油通过水冷却器进行降温冷却,然后返回油槽继续使用。此法的弊病是要附设一套费用昂贵的冷却装置,而且要消耗大量的冷却水和电能,更为可惜的是长期以来未能把油热量充分利用,白白浪费。其次在热处理作业中,零件清洗液的加热(一般60~70度),常用的是蒸汽或电加热器两种
