目的观察代文对高血压病患者的降脂作用。方法测定112例高血压病患者口服代文4周后,再次检测血脂。结果治疗组4周后收缩压与舒张压均较对照组及较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显下降(P<0.05)。结论代文在治疗高血压病方面有明确的疗效外,还参与血脂的代谢调节过程。
Objective To observe the lipid-lowering effect of Dai-wen in hypertensive patients. Methods 112 cases of hypertensive patients after oral administration of oral 4 weeks, re-test serum lipids. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein (P <0.05). Conclusion Dioemia in the treatment of hypertension have a clear effect, but also involved in the metabolic regulation of blood lipids.
