本文对木尘作业工人648名及对照组人员143名进行了肺通气功能测定。结果表明,最大呼气中期流速减低与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);最大呼气后期流速减低与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。说明木尘作业工人早期已有肺部小气道损伤改变。
In this paper, 648 wood dust workers and control group of 143 people carried out pulmonary ventilation function test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the maximum expiratory flow rate and the control group (P <0.05). The maximum expiratory flow velocity decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.001). Description of wood dust workers early lung injury has small airway changes.
