贺卫方,1960年7月生,山东省牟平县人。西南政法学院法学学士(1982),中国政法大学法学硕士(1985),哈佛法学院访问学者(1996)。1985年起在中国政法大学从事研究、教学及编辑工作。1995年调至北京大学法律学系任教。研究范围包括比较法学、法律理论、法律史学以及司法制度。著作包括《走向权利的时代》(合著)、《司法的理念与制度》、《中国法律教育之路》(编)及译著三五种等。
He Weifang, born in July 1960, Muping County, Shandong Province. Southwest University of Political Science and Law Bachelor of Law (1982), China University of Political Science Master of Laws (1985), Harvard Law School Visiting Scholar (1996). Since 1985, he has been engaged in research, teaching and editing at China University of Political Science and Law. In 1995 transferred to Peking University Law School. The research scope includes comparative law, legal theory, legal history and judicial system. His books include The Times Towards Rights (Co-author), The Idea and System of Justice, The Road to Legal Education in China (Eds.), And Translation of Three or Five.
