目的了解昌宁县医疗机构消毒卫生状况,为提高消毒质量提供依据。方法对昌宁县基层医疗机构手术室空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中消毒液进行微生物采样监测。结果共监测56家医疗机构,采样379份,合格356份,平均总合格率为93.93%,其中空气合格率最低,为84.21%。县乡级医疗机构与村级医疗机构消毒效果合格率比较具有显著性差异。结论昌宁县医疗机构消毒质量仍存在一定问题,需进一步加强消毒管理工作。
Objective To understand the disinfection and sanitation status of medical institutions in Changning County and provide basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods The samples of air, surface, medical staff and disinfectant in operation room of Changning County primary health care institutions were collected for microbiological monitoring. Results A total of 56 medical institutions were monitored, 379 samples were taken and 356 samples were qualified. The average passing rate was 93.93%, of which air passing rate was the lowest, 84.21%. County-level medical institutions and village-level medical institutions disinfection effect pass rate was significantly different. Conclusion There are still some problems in the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Changning County, and it is necessary to further strengthen the disinfection management.
