目的建立超声提取-SPE净化-高效液相色谱-荧光检测器检测植物油中多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。方法乙腈+丙酮(1+1)提取,Oasis HLB和Sep-Pak Florsil小柱净化,采用PAHs专用分析柱,乙腈、甲醇和水为流动相梯度洗脱,荧光检测器检测植物油中PAHs的浓度,外标法定量。结果 15种PAHs在20 ng/ml~400 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,检出限0.012μg/kg~0.92μg/kg,加标回收率75.0%~108%,相对标准偏差RSD 0.63%~1.54%。结论该方法检出限低、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于植物油中15种多环芳烃的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in vegetable oils by ultrasonic extraction-SPE purification-high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. Methods Acetonitrile + acetone (1 + 1) extraction, Oasis HLB and Sep-Pak Florsil cartridges were used for purification. The analytical column of PAHs, acetonitrile, methanol and water were used as the mobile phases to elute the PAHs. External standard method. Results The linearity of 15 PAHs ranged from 20 ng / ml to 400 ng / ml with a detection limit of 0.012 μg / kg ~ 0.92 μg / kg. The recoveries were 75.0% -108% with relative standard deviations of 0.63% 1.54%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low detection limit, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of 15 PAHs in vegetable oils.
