我厂生产的一些压铸件,由于种种原因,表面质量不好,废品率较高。通过运用质量管理方法,使压铸件的表面质量不断提高,责任废品率明显地下降,较好地完成了生产任务。 为了切实查找影响压铸件表面质量的主要原因,我们组织了有关人员,对原材料、设备状态,工艺规程、计量检测、操作方法及操作者本身等各个有关的生产工序和环节进行反复的调查,运用数理统计方法,对M80931等八个铸造炉次进行了具体的分析统计。将所得的数据做分层处理后,列于表1。
Some die-castings produced by our factory, due to various reasons, the surface quality is not good, the rejection rate is higher. In order to effectively find out the main factors affecting the quality of die-casting surface, we organized the relevant personnel to conduct repeated investigations and surveys on the relevant production processes and links of raw materials, equipment status, process specifications, measurement and testing, operation methods and the operators themselves Mathematical statistics, M80931 and other eight casting furnace carried out a detailed analysis of statistics. The data obtained after stratification, are listed in Table 1.
