健康教育护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的护理效果观察

目的对健康教育护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的护理效果进行分析。方法选取2013年9月至2015年7月在我院进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺病患者200例,随机分组,单纯组患者100例,单纯给予常规护理干预;联合组患者100例;给予常规护理干预联合健康教育管理,对两组患者的效果进行分析。结果联合组患者的症状缓解时间、护理效果、门诊用药治疗时间均明显优越于单纯组患者,差异性显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均没有发生因用药和护理干预导致重症不良反应发生。结论对于慢性阻塞性肺病患者常规护理干预基础上给予健康教育管理,能够明显提高患者的护理满意度,有效的缩短患者症状缓解时间,同时减少门诊用药治疗时间,安全性较高,适宜临床应用开展。 Objective To analyze the nursing effect of health education nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 200 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: 100 patients in the simple group and normal nursing intervention alone; 100 patients in the combined group were given routine nursing intervention Joint health education management, the effect of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The symptom relieving time, nursing effect and outpatient treatment time in the combination group were significantly superior to those in the simple group, with significant difference (P <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups due to medication and nursing intervention. Conclusion The management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the basis of routine nursing intervention for health education can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing, effectively shorten the time for symptom relief, and reduce the time for outpatient treatment, which is safe and suitable for clinical application .
