目前,国有大中型煤炭企业进行现代企业制度的试点单位,正陆续步入实施阶段。思想政治工作如何适应现代企业制度的新要求,这是摆在广大政工干部面前迫切需要解决的问题,也是广大政工干部面临的一项重要任务。 一、现代企业制度,使企业增强了风险意识,思想政治工作必须进一步提高实效性 现代企业制度的建立,使企业实行有限责任制度。企业要面向市场,按照国内和国际市场需求组织生产和从事经营,以经济效益最大化为主要目标,参与市场竞争,从而增强了企业的风险。这就要求思想政治工作紧紧围绕企业的中心工作,进市场、下基层、到人头,提高实效性。
At present, the experimental units that state-owned large and medium-sized coal enterprises carry out the modern enterprise system are gradually entering the implementation phase. How ideological and political work can adapt to the new requirements of the modern enterprise system is an issue urgently needed to be solved before the broad masses of political and military cadres. It is also an important task for the broad masses of political and military cadres. First, the modern enterprise system to enable enterprises to enhance awareness of risk, ideological and political work must further enhance the effectiveness of the establishment of a modern enterprise system so that enterprises implement a limited liability system. Enterprises should face the market, organize production and operation in accordance with the needs of the domestic and international markets, and take the maximization of economic benefits as the main objective and participate in market competition, thus enhancing their risks. This requires that ideological and political work closely center on the central work of enterprises, go to the market, lower grassroots level, and reach the human head and enhance effectiveness.
