于1982年以来,我们用平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉720例、250只眼,经随访检查,发现晶体混浊5例(6只眼)。患者袁××男51岁锅炉工人左眼于1988年10月因患翼状胬肉在我科行胬肉颈部注射平阳霉素3次,每次间隔1周。该药为天津河北制药厂产品。用平阳霉素10mg 加生理盐水1ml,加强的松龙混悬液0.3ml,普鲁卡因0.1ml,每次注射0.1ml。用药后3个月,自觉患眼干涩不适,视力明显下降。视力右1.2,左0.4。上睑轻度下垂,上举无力,胬肉周围轻度充血,头颈部变薄、色白。胬肉
