造纸废液隔离剂是以造纸废水为基料,加入适量的掺合料配制而成的。它在长线法生产预应力混凝土构件中,可起到良好的隔离作用。目前混凝土隔离剂多为废机油,有时会影响混凝土对钢筋的握裹力,其价格也较贵。因板面油渍,粉刷时亦易发生裂缝,起壳、脱落。造纸废液隔离剂价格便宜,原料来源广,并可利用废水,其技术、经济效果和社会效果都比较明显。
Paper waste liquid isolating agent is based on paper-making wastewater as a base material, adding an appropriate amount of admixture prepared. It can play a good role in the isolation of long-term production of prestressed concrete components. At present, most of the concrete separating agents are waste engine oils, sometimes affecting the grip strength of the concrete to the steel bars, and their prices are also more expensive. Paper waste liquid separators are cheap, raw materials are widely available, and waste water can be used. Their technical, economical, and social effects are all obvious.
