主持人:目前,国有企业的体制改革搞得热热闹闹,可众多私营企业在改制创新方面动作不大,颇有“这里的黎明静悄悄”的味道。在新的世纪里,我国私营企业的经营管理还存在着哪些问题呢?又有什么良策能更好地提升私营企业的综合实力呢?今天,想请你们几位企业家谈谈看法。胥建宏(新辉服饰公司总经理):确实如此。和国有企业相比,私有企业基本上没有改革的大动作,甚至可以说,包括我在内的很多老板们,对此意识不够。最近,我在报刊上看到一些资料,沿海一带在80年代和90年代初期发迹的一些私有化企业,这几年破产倒闭的比例以加速度逐年增加,

Xu Jianhong (Xinhui apparel company general manager): Indeed. Compared with state-owned enterprises, private enterprises basically have no major changes in the reform. They can even say that many bosses including myself are not aware of this. Recently, I saw in the press some information on the privatization of some privatized enterprises along the coast that made their fortunes in the 1980s and early 1990s. The rate of bankruptcy failures has increased at an accelerated rate in recent years.
