用抗白细胞介素2(interieukin-2,IL-2)分泌细胞的单克隆抗体及3氢标记胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(tritiatedthymidine,3H-TdR)掺入脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribonucleicacid,DNA)法,分别对30例化疗前后白血病患者及20例正常人外周血淋巴细胞中IL-2分泌细胞的比率、产生IL-2的活性,以及与植物凝血索(phytohemagglutinin,PHA)的增殖反应三项指标同时作了检测分析。结果显示,该病患者的这些免疫应答功能均较健康人的明显降低(P<0.01),表明这些患者有多项免疫功能缺陷的同时存在。这对白血病的临床及其发病机理的探讨提供了有益的参考。
