原水工混凝土抗冲磨试验方法中所采用的混凝土冲刷仪,是借助叶轮在混凝土园环试件内旋转,拔动含砂水流做园周运动,使混凝土园环试件内表面受到冲刷作用。此种方法具有设备简单、操作方便、性能比较稳定等优点,而且较好地模拟了含砂水流对混凝土的磨损破坏作用,作为混凝土抗冲磨室内试验,是一种比较好的仪器设备。但在使用过程中,发现原冲刷仪叶轮的结构型式,存在一定的缺点,产生磨损不均匀等问题,影响试验结果。为此,我们对叶轮的结构型式进行了改革。同时对原试验方法中的一些操作制度,进行了试验分析,从而使此种试验方法进一步完善。

However, in the course of use, it was found that the structure of the impeller of the original scourer has certain disadvantages, resulting in problems such as uneven wear and affecting the test results. To this end, we have reformed the structure of the impeller. At the same time, some experimental systems in the original test method were tested and analyzed to further improve this test method.
