概述了从处理高钛矿的萃取残液中回收钛的工艺研究结果。研制的工艺是用MIBK萃取除铁、NaCl制取Na2SiF6除硅及结晶等方法试制出较纯的K2TiF6及TiO2,该工艺与现行的袒铌湿法生产工艺流程衔接好,但钛的亘收率较低有待于进一步提高。
An overview of the process for the recovery of titanium from the raffinate from the processing of high titanium mine is presented. The developed process is to use MIBK extraction of iron, NaCl preparation of Na2SiF6 in addition to silicon and crystallization methods such as pure K2TiF6 and TiO2 trial production, the process and the existing niobium wet production process convergence, but the titanium yield Lower to be further improved.
