本文在新媒体专业的毕业生与新媒体行业需求存在错位的背景下,从非智力因素的视角,对新媒体专业学生就业水平的提升路径进行实证研究。建立了非智力因素与就业水平的理论模型,借助结构方程模型方法,验证了就业水平的提升路径,并得到启示:以行业需求引领,培养复合型新媒体专业人才;以非智力因素的训练,锻炼学生的工作适应性;以专业素养的培育,提高学生的就业核心竞争力;以就业创业指导教育,促进就业质量的提高;以互联网思维的培养,提升新媒体专业学生的就业水平。
Based on the non-intelligence factors, this paper conducts an empirical research on the path of upgrading the employment of new media majors in the context of the mismatch between the needs of new media graduates and the new media industry. Established the theoretical model of non-intelligence factors and employment level, and verified the promotion path of employment level through the structural equation modeling method, and got the enlightenment: taking the lead of the industry to train the compound new-media professionals; training with non-intelligence factors, Train students ’adaptability to work; cultivate professional qualities to improve students’ employment core competencies; take employment and entrepreneurship guidance education to promote the improvement of employment quality; and raise the level of employment of new media majors by cultivating Internet thinking.
