焦作市第二人民医院创建于1965年。经过30多年的艰苦创业,该院已成为集医疗、科研、教学、预防于一体的现代化“三级甲等”综合医院。现有床位602张,临床、医技科室42个,职工1000余人,其中,中、高级专业技术人员340余名,先后购置了6/15MV直线加速器,大C臂数字减影血管造影机,高档螺旋CT,麻醉机、腹腔镜超声系统等大型医疗设备200台(套),是豫北地区拥有设备最先进的医院之一,也是焦作市惟一的国际紧急救援中心网络医院,河南省“双十佳’医院,是河南医科大学、新乡医学院等5所院校的教学医院。院长曹道俊先后被评为河南省优秀专家、焦作市十佳青年技术标兵、焦作市专业技术拔尖人才。
Jiaozuo City Second People’s Hospital was founded in 1965. After more than 30 years of arduous pioneering work, the hospital has become a modern “three-level A” general hospital that integrates medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, and prevention. There are 602 existing beds, 42 clinical and medical technical departments, and more than 1,000 employees, including 340 senior and middle-level professional and technical personnel. They have purchased 6/15MV linear accelerators and large C-arm digital subtraction angiography machines. Spiral CT, anesthesia machine, laparoscopic ultrasound system and other large-scale medical equipment 200 (sets), is one of the most advanced hospitals in northern Henan Province, is also the only international emergency rescue center network hospital in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, "Double Ten Jia’s Hospital is a teaching hospital of 5 colleges and universities, including Henan Medical University and Xinxiang Medical College, etc. Dean Cao Daojun has been awarded as Henan Province Outstanding Expert, Jiaozuo Top Ten Youth Technology Model, and Jiaozuo City’s Professional and Technical Top Talent.
