经质量检查、稳定性试验、刺激性试验和体外溶出试验结果表明:用β-环糊精包合物制备的01号六神丸较好地保存了挥发性的冰片,减轻了蟾酥的刺激性,且体外溶出较快,优于按原工艺制备的02号六神丸。
The results of quality inspection, stability test, irritation test, and in vitro dissolution test indicated that No. 01 Liushen Pill prepared with β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound preserved volatile borneol well, which reduced the irritating sensation of konjac. The in vitro dissolution rate is faster than the No. 12 Liushen pill prepared according to the original process.
