绩效评估作为人力资源管理的一个重要环节,是科学管理的基础,对于提升公务员的能力和水平,提高行政效率,加强政府部门人力资源管理起着至关重要的作用。目前,我国公务员的绩效评估框架已经基本形成,但是绩效评估的科学性还不够,还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,通过对这些问题的分析思考,可以对我国公务员的绩效评估情况得到较为清晰的把握和判断。
Performance evaluation, as an important part of human resources management, is the basis of scientific management.
