发迹于1982 年的北京大中电器有限公司(以下简称“大中”),先后经历了小作坊、小门店、专卖店、连锁店等不同发展阶段,目前仅在北京一地就拥有47 家连锁门店,年销售额超过60 亿元,稳坐京城家电销售头把交椅。 但在高速发展的同时,大中也面临着前所未有的危机:门店关张时有发生,高管团队变换频繁,商业腐败依然存在,企业的凝聚力、战斗力大不如前,在外埠的发展遭遇重创,与其合作的供应商怨气与日俱增…… 事实上,大中面临的问题并非大中独有。和大中一同成长起来的中国民营企业和大中一样面临着类似的问题:一方面创业者依然雄心万丈(比如大中老板一直渴望的大中上市);而另一方面,创业者却越来越感到心有余而力不足,企业越大越无法控制,理想与现实走向之间越来越显得南辕北辙。 如何解决企业长大的难题?这也是我们努力求解大中困局的真正意义所在。
