小学体育教学在初级教育中占有重要的位置,小学体育教学不但肩负着提高小学生身体素质的要任,还承载着培养小学生体育健康理念,帮助学生树立正确的体育价值观的要任。小学体育教师的素质对小学体育教学的发展起着重要的作用,本文结合自己的工作经验,就小学体育教师素质的提升进行论述,希望为小学体育教师素质的提升提供帮助。
Primary school physical education plays an important role in primary education. Primary school physical education not only shoulders the task of improving the physical fitness of primary school students, but also bears the responsibility of cultivating the concept of physical health of primary school students and helping them establish the correct sports values. The quality of primary school PE teachers plays an important role in the development of primary PE teaching. Based on my own work experience, this article discusses the improvement of primary PE teachers’ qualities and hopes to help improve the quality of elementary PE teachers.
