石家庄市被确认为全国首批创建国家级创业型城市以来,在构建全民参与的创业环境方面做了大量工作,具备了发展创业经济的良好条件,但创业环境仍存在着一些需要改善的问题。本文在总结其基本经验的基础上,提出应在政策扶持、项目推介、服务措施等方面实现新突破;在金融支持、商业环境、研发转移等方面开拓新局面;在教育培训、政务服务、媒体宣传等方面培育新思维。
Since it was confirmed as the first founding nation-class pioneering city in China, Shijiazhuang City has done a great deal of work in building an entrepreneurial environment for participation of the whole people and possesses the favorable conditions for developing a pioneering economy. However, there are still some problems that need to be improved in the undertaking environment. On the basis of summing up its basic experience, this article proposes that new breakthroughs should be made in such aspects as policy support, project promotion and service measures, etc., and to open up new prospects in areas such as financial support, business environment, research and development transfer, etc. In education and training, government services, Publicity and other aspects of cultivating new ideas.
