The authors collected 20 cases of biopsy specimens colored budding mycosis and made 213 non-consecutive sections, an average of 8.2 per case for HE staining, histopathological changes were observed with light microscopy. It was found that 23 cases (88.4%) had mixed and fungal granulomas and 23 (88.4%) had pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia with fungi which were excluded by the epidermis.
